How to Browse

With over 60 000 books in the shop, and constantly changing stock, we don’t keep a traditional catalogue of what’s on the shelves (sorry!)

However, we have photographed shelves in the shop, to allow those of you from further afield the chance to browse our stock.

We know our website might be a little confusing for newcomers – but it’s part and parcel of our browsing experience. So here’s a little guide for how best to use the site.

Find your section

On the ‘Time to Browse’ page, find the area of the shop you’re interested in

Browse the room

Take a look around the page, watch the room tour, and flick through the galleries for a quick overview of stock

Search along the shelves

For a full look at each photo, click to view. You can scroll through a section from here, rather than going back to the main page each time

Take a closer look

You can zoom in on any of our ‘shelfies’ to get a closer look at specific titles
