29.2cm x 22.8cm, pp. 120 including six engraved plates of historic constructions across the focal boroughs of the book, bound in brown cloth with gilt lettering to the front cover. 

Originally undertaken as an exercise in lithography, the project later gained generalised histories of each focal borough and remains of interest due to its faithful reproductions of historical sites. 

Some wear to head and tail of spine and slight bumping to corners. Light foxing and tanning throughout, text unaffected.
