An aggregated volume of sources, which reached the author via Sir Richard Gilpin, referring to the Bedfordshire Militia from 1759 to 1884. This book sketches an early history of the regiment.

Chips to front cover and hinge exposing the board beneath, some discolouration to rear cover and spine. Little wear to head and foot of spine, bookcloth otherwise in bright, clean condition. Ownership plate on front paste-down from F. A. Blaydes, little to no foxing throughout.
