Claude Finch-Davies (1875 - 1920) - a British soldier, painter, and ornithologist. His paintings are remarkably detailed and well-observed, and have been used in ornithological publications over the years.
This is a beautifully bound, limited edition, collection of his work complete with its own attractive slipcase.
Condition
A small 'pull' to the cloth on the front board, but otherwise as new.
